As you descend the gentle Yuzukichi Slope, you’ll find the “Autumn Foliage Steps.” In summer, the fresh green maple leaves sway gently, but as autumn arrives, they begin to turn a beautiful shade of red, transforming the steps into a stunning display of autumn colors. The 88 steps, illuminated by the light-up of the autumn leaves, are equipped with special benches, allowing you to relax and enjoy the otherworldly atmosphere at your leisure.
